Delivery Policy

Please note: Orders, cakes, tarts, cookies, and all other goods that Jimi’ D Patisserie and Bakery sells are included under the terms “items” and “item”.

Please note: The terms “We” and “Us” refer to Jimi’ D Patisserie and Bakery and every employee.

Information necessary for the delivery

  1. Name of the receiver.
  2. Address of the receiver.
  3. The receiver’s phone number.
  4. Backup contact number.
  5. Email address of the receiver.

Delivery Fee

Island-wide Delivery available ( Single location)

  • $19.9 for orders below $99
  • $14.9 for orders of $100 to $149
  • Free delivery for orders above $150
  • Sentosa and Tuas areas cost an extra $10

Delivery Methods

We would assign third-party automobile drivers to deliver orders in accordance with their specifications. The drivers do not represent Jimi’ D Patisserie and Bakery, or our brand.

For self-collect customers, if you do not pick up your order on the date and time you selected, we do not give a refund. Please collect the next day or we will dispose of the product after 2 days based on your collection date and no refund will be provided.

 If you are providing your own transportation, please ensure you can transport your items ordered safely; once the product leaves our studio, customers accept all responsibility for the transport of the product to its location. We cannot give refunds I’d there is a mishap during transportation.

Delivery time window

We would deliver within your selected time frame. We are unable to arrange deliveries to arrive after a certain time. 

However, factors that may affect or cause early arrival or delivery delays (non-exhaustive):

  1. Driver availability. 
  2. The ease of finding drivers/demand of drivers.
  3. Traffic conditions.
  4. Weather conditions.
  5. The length of time a driver is bound to a specific delivery location.
  6. Unforeseen circumstances. 
  7. Natural disasters.
  8. Circumstances beyond our control.

Please make sure that the receiver will be available at the delivery location at the given delivery time.

Delivery status

Please contact the delivery personnel to check the ETA for the Delivery Status In case of any confusion.

Delivery failed

Failed delivery means that an order has been assigned a driver, but the driver is unable to deliver the item to the recipient for the following reasons:

  1. The receiver is not available/contactable when the driver arrives at the delivery address.
  2. There is no such person at the delivery destination. 
  3. The shipping address provided is incorrect and incomplete. 
  4. A valid contact number has not been provided.

In case of delivery failure

  • If there is a failed delivery, the customer will have to pay an extra $10 for next-day delivery, or the customer could collect the Items from our store within two days from the delivery date. 

  • However, after two days of the delivery date, the products would be disposed if not collected and the payment is not refundable.

  • Jimi’ D Patisserie and Bakery are not responsible for the condition of the goods (eg: melted) in the event of unsuccessful delivery5
